Cancellation Policy

Soundbath Booking Policy -All classes must be booked in advance. Spaces are limited to ensure a calm, supportive environment. Cancellations -If you need to cancel your session, please do so as early as possible. • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class will incur a 50% charge. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable. This policy allows the space to be held with care and helps ensure classes can continue to run sustainably. Health & Responsibility -By attending a class, you confirm that you are physically able to take part and will practice within your own limits. Please inform me before the class of any injuries, health conditions, pregnancy or concerns. You will receive a form to complete to make me aware of any health conditions which may affect you practice. Personal Belongings -Please note that Earthly Healings cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings brought to class. All items are left at your own risk. Changes & Cancellations by Earthly Healings -In the rare event that a class needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, you will be offered a credit or refund. Respecting the Space -This is a nurturing, shared space. Please arrive with respect for yourself, the practice and others attending.
